Photo Study Of
Some Neat Birds
At Barnegat, Brigantine And Cape May This Weekend
We were able to
get to Barnegat Jetty, Brigantine and Cape May this weekend. While we saw both
Harlequins and Common Eiders at the jetty, we were still unable to
photograph them. Nevertheless, the sandpiper show was spectacular. Brigantine
featured the American Bitterns near Gull Tower and a very small, furtive almost
impossible to photograph Virginia Rail. Of course, Cape May still has
the very cooperative First Cycle Ivory Gull which has allowed itself to be photographed
by anyone and everyone with a camera!
