Photo Study Of Some Birds At Bombay Hook NWR, Smyrna, DE, March 25th, 2011
Bright
sunshine drew me to Bombay Hook today. I did not have great expectations
but was pleasantly surprised with the variety of birds and wildlife. In
any event, there were
more than 350 Northern Shovelers
in Raymond's and another 150 in Bear Swamp. Shearness held 117 American Coots
and all three pools had well over 1000
Green-winged
Teal.
