Photo Study Of Birds At E.B. Forsythe NWR (Brig), October 5th, 2011
Brig
had many hundreds of Northern Pintails out in the middle of the big pond but
it also had several hundreds of migrating Monarch Butterflies
all
over the ubiquitous, blooming Goldenrod. In any event, while I didn't see
the previously reported White Ibis, Yellow-headed Blackbirds or
Hudsonian
Godwits, it was a very nice day for picture-taking.
