Photo Study Of Some Delaware Birds, June 19th, 2010

Richard Smith and I drove to Delaware yesterday hoping to find more birds than we could have found here in Pennsylvania. We hit Cape Henlopen, Prime Hook, Port Mahon Ditch and Bombay Hook NWR. The migrants have moved north and most of the residents are either nesting or caring for young. Although, we did not get vast numbers (68 species), we did get some nice photo ops in the bright sunshine.
