E.B. Forsythe NWR (Brigantine) in Oceanville, New Jersey is an incredible birding resource. An Eared Grebe spent yesterday morning and early afternoon (September 16th, 2008) following a Pied-billed Grebe around. I started photographing them at 9:00AM and they were still there when I left in the early afternoon. They stayed and foraged in the same area in open water (about half way on the left side of the second leg of the tour route.)
