Grizzlies are all over the Alagnak and Brooks Rivers in Alaska, 1990. The wildlife in this part of Alaska would continue to thrive if man could just leave things alone. Unfortunately, the Native Americans feel that the bears are either competitive or dangerous and insist on poaching them. Great Alaskan sportsmen, like outfitter Ron Hayes, believe it's appropriate to take hunters in for the right price to shoot bears and other wildlife from planes.

The bears were here long before man, and hopefully, they will continue to be here long after we are gone!
